Brittany Cody Dance Company now offers fun-filled themed birthday parties! Our birthday parties include a party planner, party host, dancing, games & cake time! We even have creative play for toddlers!  Parties can be customized with your favorite theme. No dance experience necessary!

Birthday Party Packages

Basic Color Pallet Party- $275.00

(Package A)

 

What's Included?

  • Base price includes 10 party Guest + the birthday child

    • Additional $8 per child after 10 party guest

  • 90 Minutes of party space usage

  • Decor

    • Table cloths, plates, napkins, balloons

  • 30 Cupcakes

  • 20 Juice Boxes

  • Individual bags of chips

 

Add Ons:

  • Additional 30 minutes added to your party- $50.00

  • Toddler bouncy house- $50.00

  • Toddler slide and ball pit- $25.00 

  • A Real Princess for your princess party (45 minutes)- $50.00

  • 10 party favor bags- $35.00 

    • $5.00 for each additional bag after 10

  • 10 Custom party invitations $35.00

    • $2.50 for each additional invitation after 10 

 

Birthday Party Regulations:

  • Party Waivers: In order to participate, you must have a completed, signed waiver. The waiver can be obtained on our website or at the studio.

  • Absolutely no alcohol allowed on the premises.

  • Host parent is able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party and must vacate the premises no later than 15 minutes after the end time of the party. Any additional time will require an additional $50.00 fee added to the party balance

  • You are more than welcome to bring pizza or small snack trays; no extensive catering is allowed

We now have a designated event/party room that would be perfect for your event! 

Your event can be customized with your favorite colors and/or theme. We also have an on-site party planner to help you with all your needs!

 

Event Rental-  (Package C)

$250.00 for 3 hour minimum $275.00 for 4 hour minimum 

 

What’s Included? 

  • 3 or 4 hour minimum event time

  • Set up and Clean Up

  • Decor, table cloths, plates, napkins, utensils

  • 30 Cupcakes

  • Case of water bottles

  • Event coordinator 

 

Add ons:

  • Event Planner- $50.00

  • Extensive Catering- BCDC will collect a 20% commission from the catering cost (example: a $200 catering would total to $240.00)

  • Add 30 minutes to event time- $25.00

  • Customized water bottle wraps- $40.00

  • Balloons- cost based on design/theme

  • Custom decor- cost based on design/theme

  • Custom Event Invitations- $2.00 each

  • You are more than welcome to bring small snack trays; no extensive catering is allowed, unless booked through Brittany Cody Dance Company
